My friend suggested this place and went on last sunday. This is close to Mayajaal complex. Food was good. The place and seating was average. They tried to keep a look of dhaba.Coming to the food, we ordered rotti(butter & plain),phulka.dal fry, their special chicken curry(i forgot the name),tandoori chicken, paneer butter masala, egg curry. Dal fry was excellent and rest was tasting good. People should try this restaurant once. Most of the chicken curry items where 90rs. I would given 3 star rating, but the lassi which we had in the end made me give the restaurant 4 star. Lassi is topnotch, try it out. Couldn't take pics.
The place is small but the food was soo yummy. Cheap, fresh and tasty food with the smoke drifting from the tiny cooking area, carrying the scent of Punjabi food was delightful experience. Ordered butter Roti's priced at a mere rupees 12 for one along with a plate of chicken tikka masala.
What they brought to us was unbelievably tasty and having already had a sub from the store opposite, my appetite surprisingly increased with the first bite I took. Soft Roti's with butter oozing all over, each bite was melting.
The only reason they are not getting a 5 is for the place. Hope the business will flourish and that people visit them more.
It is a very small shack on the main road. Food is yummy. My standard order here is 1 aloo paratha with Aloo Gobi masala along with half plate egg fried rice served with slices of onion showered with chat masala. The place is not very clean but if you like a road side dhaba, then you wouldn't mind it. Their very pocket friendly menu is what makes them so famous among students in the area. It is crowded most of the times.
