What better to write my first review on than Kai-Shek?
I've been on Zomato on quite a while, but no restaurant has quite so compelled me to sit down and write a review on my experience.

People weren't kidding when they say Kai-Shek is among the top 3 Chinese restaurants in Kochi.

The ambience is not what you would expect an "authentic" Chinese restaurant to be. Yet, it's a great place to unwind and share a meal with friends.
Our waiter was extremely friendly and even had some tips for us to choose dishes we would love.

The Pork and Prawn noodles was one of the best noodles I've had in a while. My mouth is watering as I write this.
However I found the prawn to overpower the dish and sideline the pork. Also, the pork was overcooked and hard.

The Chicken and Prawn noodles, while extremely satisfying, did not serve to give us a different taste than what we'd experienced from the Pork and Prawn.
Again, I found the prawn to overpower the chicken.

The Chicken Fried Rice was extremely good.
Although, I found it slightly dry.

The Dragon Chicken was amazing. Juicy, succulent chicken with a mouthful of flavor. I don't usually like cashews in a meat dish, but I loved the addition of flavour it imparted.

Portion sizes are unbelievable at the price stated. A full portion of a dish is more than enough for two people. And if you know me, you'll know I wouldn't say that if I wasn't serious.

To sum it up, I had a wonderful experience at Kai-Shek. I'm looking forward to trying more of their dishes.
I would definitely recommend you to visit this place.

Awesome place for a good Chinese experience, Love it! But i did have an awful experience last time when I found out that the chilly pork I ordered wasn’t cooked properly.
