Even before when the big brands of ice creams entered India, ice-candy, or indulgently known as barf ka gola, was luring people with its exotic flavours and vibrant colours. Ice- creams may fail you sometime, but Golas don’t in the race of summer refreshments. Gola gives you the best foodgasm especially for the sweltering weather. It was then and it is today, barf ka gola continues to tempt people. Golas, made from crushed ice laced with sherbats of different flavours, are a relief from the scorching heat. Crushing machines keep churning out the ice, to be merged with various fruit flavours like kala khatta, rose, mango, etc name it and they have it! A crushed ice ball plunged into colourful sherbats of different flavours, topped with spoonful of fresh cream, cherries and nuts is definitely hard to resist.
It's a very good place for those who loves ice gola or dish 😋 😋. You can have different types of gola and dishes with tasty garnishing. The rates are also reasonable at 40 to 50 rs max and the presentation is very attractive. The taste is also good with fast service. Sitting arrangement is also good. The photos which I have posted is of Kolhapur - Maharashtra but they also have branches in Sangli which is also in Maharashtra.
One of the best Gola ice cream in town.
Absolutely recommend.
