This was one of the first restaurants I visited after the lockdown and it was definitely worth it. The mouthwatering food along with the soothing decor and courteous staff won my heart absolutely. The place maintains careful sanitisation and temperature check and serves the best MUGHLAI in Kolkata no doubt. Must visit after this depressing lockdown.
Must try dishes : Hard to choose as every item in the menu is tempting. But do take a kebab in the starter. Biriyani in main course and FIRNI IS A MUST IN DESSERT.
Great ambience, food is great, go for their speciality kebabs and main course too,, biryani is a bit off beat, not the general taste, all in all great experience

Waah Kareem's...
Sounds identical? Well..this restaurant deserves an applaud..the ambience is comforting..giving u a posh feeling as soon as u step in..the staff are prompt and co-operative..
We started off with murgh malai tikka and I can ensure that this is the best one i have had till date..
The soft juicy succulent chicken coated with generous amount of malai will make u drool over ur plates and u r bound to lick your fingers..accompanied by onions soaked in vinegar and drenched in red sauce..the heavenly combo one can have.
Next one another wonder..murgh potli kebab..one of its kind.. well marinated chicken fillet filled with diced chicken pieces with cashew and other spices..loved the concept..the fillet was drizzled in malai and i absolutely loved the flavours..the kebabs were good and heavy..
The kareem's special gosht dum biriyani was a little off palate for me..the rice was lacking the aroma and its more of a spice mixed rice than a biriyani..the potato was good as it is supposed to be.. i think they serve 4-5 pieces of mutton in that biriyani and somehow they were chewy and less flavourful after the amazing kebab experience..
But neverthelesss, when the raita was struggling to complement the biriyani, the best companion to it arrived in the form of Gosht karachi...
This is one of the best curries i have ever had in my entire life..the lamb was super soft and tender..juicy..and the gravy was tangy..spicy and sweet at the same time..just gave that achaari feel..and i loved it..
The kesari malai firni was again a turn off for me..just missed the mark..i had better firnis elsewhere....
Overall a wonderful experience out here except a tad bit overpriced maybe..worth a visit
