Very popular restaurant. They basically served authentic Bengali cuisine. You will find a huge range of food on their menu. They have a huge acceptance from the Bangladeshi tourist community. Many people from Bangladesh go there to have some good Bengali food. But their price is higher than other restaurants.
The atmosphere was pleasant, and the cuisine was excellent. We opted for the fried rice and chili chicken, both of which were exceptionally delicious. Furthermore, the restroom was impeccably clean.
🍽️ **Bengali Delights at The Bhoj Company** 🍛🌼
For those seeking an authentic culinary journey through Bengal, The Bhoj Company emerges as a treasure trove of flavors and traditions. Nestled in the heart of Dalhousie, this eatery promises a genuine taste of Bengali cuisine that's hard to find elsewhere.
As we stepped in, the ambiance transported us to the homes of Bengal, with warm wooden interiors and subtle artistic accents. The menu was an ode to the rich and diverse culinary heritage of the region.
We embarked on our Bengali adventure, starting with the quintessential **Bhetki Paturi** and **Shorshe Ilish**, each a masterpiece in its own right. The fish was impeccably fresh and the traditional mustard flavors truly shone through.
For the mains, we couldn't resist the allure of their signature **Kosha Mangsho** and **Chingri Malai Curry**. The tender mutton and succulent prawns carried the essence of home-cooked Bengali meals, served with fragrant steamed rice.
However, it's important to note that on weekends, their Dalhousie outlet doesn't serve thalis, which might come as a slight disappointment to those craving the all-encompassing meal experience.
Despite this, our overall culinary journey at The Bhoj Company was a delightful one. The authenticity of flavors, combined with the homely ambiance, made it an experience to cherish. If you're on the lookout for a true taste of Bengal, this is a destination that shouldn't be missed. 🍽️🌼
