Aaira is a very well-known and one of the most popular place around park street area. Most of the foodie people are surely familiar with this place. Aaira is located at 1st floor, Myx building just beside of KFC Park Street. The ambiance of the place was very good looking, the interior was bright, classy and elegantly furnished. The seats were too comfortable and can accommodate more than 50 pax at a time.
We visited there at very odd timing like around 5:30PM So that we had to wait outside for almost 20mins as the working hours of this place was Mon-Sun: 12noon – 3:30pm, 6pm – 11:30pm. After grab our seats we quickly order few of their recommended dishes from their menu. We are literally starving but then again we waited more 20mins to get our starters.
Coming to the food which we had –
IN Starters –
Murgh Rozali Kebab (Costs Rs.385/-) – I highly recommended this preparation as many of you didn’t had this type of kebab before. Basically this was stuffed cheesy minced chicken coasted with tandoori spices and cooked in a clay oven like a Mughlai style. My taste buds goes dancing after having this and the flavors were just burst into our mouth. We cannot forget the tastes very long.
IN Main Course –
Hyderabadi Murgh Biryani (Costs Rs. 375/-) – For biryani lovers like me, main course sounds incomplete without having them. It was Hyderabadi biryani but it not tastes like that actually and even it wasn’t taste like Kolkata biryani as well. It tastes very similar to pulao with having succulent pieces of chicken. Tastes Okayish.
Ghost Kadai Masala (Costs Rs.495/-) – Mutton pieces were cooked with perfection and served in a kadai. The gravy was very rich in flavor and you can have it with rice or roti.
IN Desert –
Mint Gulab Jamun with baked cheese cake & pineapple rabri (Costs Rs. 325/-) –After having this our taste buds goes wow and they won our heart completely. Definitely a must try dish.
The food was tastes beyond our expectation and our overall experience was damn beautiful except their service and they need a little bit of renovation cause some parts of wall seems damaged.
The best north indian food I tasted here. When I entered the restaurant, it was totally empty no guests were there. I was thinking that food might not be good. Surprisingly it proved me wrong. Every item starting from appetizers, Biryani and roti all were exceptionally good. Naan was so soft I can’t even think of.
