This is one of those relatively newer places in the city that serve Mughlai and notably beef delicacies. Topsia boasts of a few similar dhabas that have an identical menu—biryani, chaanp, parota, stew (ishtoo), dal gosth, and kababs in the evenings.
Albela's biryani is the Shiraz-style, slightly pale offering. In contrast, the biryani from its main competitor in the area, Blue Star, is a slightly greasier and more Zam-Zam-like biryani.
The quality of meat, which is the only deciding factor for such small places, is excellent. If you can brave the crowds, you can happily do a takeaway, or try your luck with online order.
The staff are busy and have the typical Topsia swag, which may not sit well with more genteel folk. Focus on the food and forget everything else.
The mughlai food is surely amazing here. Starting from biriyani to kebabs. But the problem is with the Chinese. I won't recommend chinese from here because it is definitely not good. Else mughlai food is fine
