New Empire Cinema is a single screen cinema hall located in Humayun Place in New Market, Kolkata, West Bengal, India. This theatre is next to Lighthouse Cinema. Ticket price is cheap. This is a old theater 🎥 in Kolkata and atmosphere is like you are watching cinema in 90's. However they are managing well. There is no free parking. Food is available outside.

The New Empire Cinema Auditorium was established in 1932. In the early 1960s, it started showing movies as well as plays. By the end of this decade, this hall was converted into a full-fledged cinema hall. Currently, this hall has a seating capacity of 1,000.
