Situated near Sitala Mandir, this is one of the best sweet shops, in this area. They are best at making good old Bengali sweets. From rasogolla, pantua, gulab jamun to card and sarbhaja - they are quite a connoisseur. A special attraction is a specially made hugely large steel-freezer at its back, which is quite an eye-catcher. But singara, kachori or any spicy (non-sweets) items is their Achilles heel.
Situated near the Sitalamandir stop at Kestopur, this sweet shop is the best of its kind in the locality. Their Rosogolla, Rosomalai, Gulab jamun, Langcha, Pantua are good... Indigenous sweet preparations especially the ones made with kheer are also praiseworthy. Every morning they prepare hot Jilipis, Amittis and present them with freshly made samosas... The overall treat is good and worth the price...
