Seems like reviews for this location are all over the place from great to worst ever. Maybe I got lucky as I had quite a positive experience, but at the end of the day its best to remember that it is a chain coffee shop so set your expectations accordingly.

I ordered a regular latte and a chocolate tiffin. It was mid afternoon so not too many pastries or desserts to pick from other than four different types of muffins that didn't look that inviting. The server asked if I wanted my chocolate tiffin warmed and I decided that would probably work so she said go sit down and she delivered my coffee and tiffin to my table, with a smile, so nothing bad to say about that level of service.

My coffee was quite tasty, although I do find Costa Coffee slightly weaker than some of the other coffee shops. I don't mind a weaker blend, but if you like your coffee stronger then I would suggest you ask for an extra shot. I also prefer my coffee in a paper cup or mug rather than the glass container it is served in but I don't think it impacts the flavor, just my own preference. My tiffin was tasty although too big for one (unless you love a sugar rush) but perfect to share. The tiffin is different from the ones served in London, no fruit and a slightly different chocolate topping, and a larger square rather than triangle.

I like the location of this shop as it is slightly tucked away in a corner so you can enjoy a coffee away from the hustle and bustle of the mall. It wasn't very busy so lots of free tables were on offer for my visit. Nothing much to look at as its near the road out the side of the mall.
