The mushroom Tortellini is the best I've had. In life.
In every bite, I could taste each separate flavor and texture - as I was going through the bite. Now make that 40 bites for that dish and imagine the explosion of flavour and the rich experience it leaves on your palate. I hope this one stays on the menu. It has SO much love shining through.
The funghi pizza - the crisp in that crust.. the sweet caramelized onions..
The churros were significantly better than the ones at chocolateria san gines in Madrid. Infact, I bet this is how they would've tasted at CSG 50 years ago.
I also requested a non-alcoholic cocktail - grapefruit, lime, chilli. Yum. They have a gin infusions only bar and their cocktail menu is guaranteed to imprint a core memory with close friends.
Goa is so abundant with people whose best talents come alive here. Mat was so warm and Meghana so accommodating. They have a stellar team.
If you're in Goa, or plan to be, visit Verandah at the start of your trip - so that you have time to visit again before you leave :)
This cute little bar has some really good gin cocktails and the staff is very friendly. Our bartender Shubransh was great and he even gave us recommendations for other places to visit and his favourite food joints. Highly recommend!
Had a great food at Veranda! Congenial atmosphere with an attentive owner. As promised we were delivered with quality ingredient food. I highly recommend the restaurant!
