Pretty good food. Been here a couple of times. Would recommend the pan fried lamb - one of best lamb dishes I have tasted in Manipal. Crispy honey chilli potatoes is an excellent starter for vegetarians. Triple noodle (manchurian) was recommended by the server and it tasted pretty good. The California maki sushi is lacking in finesse but the flavour is right. I normally avoid anything that is fried for dessert, but the Fried coconut roll dessert was surprisingly good. Have tried a couple of mocktails - they were a bit too sweet for me but weren't bad.
The only problem I found with the restaurant is the service. The service is very slow and food takes a long time to come. When you enter, there is no one to greet you and take you to a table though there are many servers around. Many of the servers tended to stick behind the counter and not come out of there at all.
Went to this restaurant for a family lunch. Ambience is nice with large windows by the rooftop pool. Do not miss the caricatures on the wall. Quite interesting. Ordered the pinnacolada mocktail. Was mixed well. Ordered the Taiwan chicken Chillie prawn and Shitake mushroom for starters. The Taiwan chicken and Shitake mushroom were tasty. Prawn could have been better. Ordered the Me Goreng which was flavourful. Hakka noodles was ok. Chillie Garlic Fried rice also good. The date pancake was a good dessert to finish off. The service is efficient and excellent. Overall well worth a visit
The best oriental food I’ve had. The mi goreng was amazing, thai fried rice was nice as well. It isn’t as expensive as you’d think. The quantity of one item was enough for 2 of us, hence very affordable.
The only item that I didn’t like was their iced tea, it was more of ice than tea. Other than that,
Ambience 10/10
Affordability 9/10
Taste 10/10
Service 9/10
