Read reviews about this bakery and went to try their handmade cappuccino. Absolutely loved it. This was the best coffee I guess I have had. The beaten cream over it. And it was perfectly hot. My friend tried their hot chocolate and loved it. There was white froth on the hot chocolate which was a nice contrast to the dark color of hot chocolate.
We also tried carrot cake and oats banana cake. These two choices were based on reviews I had read. We found the carrot cake to be okayish. And we didn't like the oats banana cake.
But you should definitely go and try their handmade cappuccino.
I was in Mcleodganj for 5 days and I was in Woeser every evening in those 5 days. Their carrot cake is amazing. As is their herbal tea. They also have a great selection of books that you can read from.
I am shocked to see that this tiny little gem of Mcleodganj has got such less and bad reviews. Woeser bakery is one of the nicest find in this quaint little Tibetan town.
They serve the best and I say it with all seriousness, the best handmade cappuccino you will ever have in your life, the location is now changed with a great view at the backside of the restaurant, you don't want to miss this one when you are in Mcleodganj.

Situated just next to "carpe Diem restaurant" on jogiwara road , near to post office , it's a cute little bakery place famed for its huge birthday cakes for the revered dalsi lama ...
Just 3 wooden tables and amidst a background of soothing music enjoy ur cappuccinos n the ultimate delicious "banana flapjack" , which the lady described as a mix of porridge n banana .. served hot , it was like I am having 🍌 for the 1st time .. bananas never tasted so good .. a real treat ..
Came for carrot halwa but unfortunately , d same was over by evening ..
Also tried " paradise " which seemed great with its biscuit bottom layer , brown sugar , chocolate n coconut sprinkling .. but fir me , it was not upto d mark !!!
Everything behind from 80 a piece n not definitely value fur money .. but fir great taste , all is fair ..
Tip :- , plz refer to my pic of the location .. they have recently moved to this location . Trip advisor still shows it in d older one !!! ...
Also d lady is cool to talk with .. she uses dairy tetra packs to pack d bakery .. dats so environment friendly ...
-3rd visit in 3 days , n d lady kept ready my order of quite a few carrot cakes n banana flapjacks ..
Do try their masala tea @20 😁😁😁
Oh man. Craziest and yet calm peaceful place to have quality cup of coffee and read some amazing interesting books. With the weather cold outside, the warmth within is very comforting and soothing and hence a beautiful decor and a classic ambience. Great choices in pastries and thus different varieties of coffee. Enjoyed alot. Hats off. Cheers. Thanks.
I love this bakery. It was a random selection from the list. You enter here and there is warmth in the environment. We tried coffee, hot chocolate, tart, and cakes, and instantly felt calm from the winter. Carrot cake is a must! Backyard sitting is also open which has a beautiful view of the city.
Enjoy!
A must visit bakery.
They have some delicious cake.
I tried there carrot and banana cake. Both were very delicious. If you got the sweet tooth, highly recommended 😍🍰
Woeser Bakery is a wonderful Tibetan small business that is run by the amazing Sangma! This woman owner bakery is a unique treat located in Dharamshala! The bakery has a wide selection of yummy treats including vegan cakes, tarts, walnut cups, custom cakes, tsampa balls, breads, coffees, shakes, and hot and iced teas! (And more!!) Located on the second floor, it is super easy to find! The vibes are full of love and peace. She named the bakery after her daughter. The baked good are super fresh and yummy! Gluten free options are available! The seating inside is very cozy and has a bright and light filled atmosphere. There is also a terrace to sit on that overlooks the mountains and nearby surroundings (beautiful view!!) Coffee is really fresh and perfectly flavored. Please come support this Tibetan small female owned business! Highly recommended, do not miss this one! 🙏
We ordered a vegan birthday cake for our daughters birthday and it turned out amazing! Quick turn around and beautifully made cake. We love the tsampa balls too!
Anyone visiting McLeodganj must visit this cute bakery. The mother-daughter duo running the place are very warm and welcoming. They have an amazing variety of cake slices, tarts, teas and much more. We were on a 2 day trip and we liked the place so much on the first visit that we had to visit it again on the second day. The food is amazing. We liked it so much that we got some take-aways for our family as well. Whenever I visit McLeodganj again, Woeser Bakery is a sure stop for me.
