The hotel is situated at about 17 kms from Sector 17 Chandigarh in about 8000 acres of Siswan forest. The architecture and the ambiance is very attractive. We tried Mock-tails ( Italian Smooch, Mint Slush and Signature Homemade Ginger ale), Snacks (Bharwan Paneer tikka, Spring roll and Bharwan Allu), main course (Urlai Roast, Paneer Putni wala) and sweet dish (Mini Ghewar with Blue berry, fruit n Rabri). The preparation was good and tempting. The service was friendly. The overall experience was enriching.
Definitely recommended if you are looking for a luxurious meal away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The food, the ambience, the service, the cleanliness, the location everything is just amazing. Tried finger licking Non-Veg Platter, Sailana Ghost (mutton), Veg Kofta along with Indian breads (malabar parantha, lacha prantha, missi roti) and Italian cassata in desserts. Would love to try other cuisines, dishes on the next visit.
