To, Axis bank Phase - 7 Mohali, Just a few days ago, Due to urgent work, I was in dire need of money Moreover, I was very late in reaching the bank When I reached there were only 30 minutes left for the bank to close. When I entered the bank, the receptionist said me to go to desk number 2. there was a boy sitting there, I told him everything about my situation that I am in emergency and I need to withdraw money from my account. He told me to sit down, it would take some time, which I did not want to hear at all because i was in a hurry. To be honest, there were only 2 people in the bank at that time due to which the employee given me excuse that he were busy, this was not making any sense. I also told him that I am in a hurry, please do my work quickly but he did not do it. After that I went to the last desk, a madam Mankirat kaur was sitting there, she listened to me carefully and she left all her work and considered it necessary to do my work first. Because she saw that I am in stress. Which was not visible to other employees there. I noticed,Other employees there kept coming to madam Mankirat kaur to give her extra work but madam kept her focus on my work and asked them to wait for a while. She finished my work very quickly and also completed all the documentation formalities. I am very grateful that she helped me. Such a hardworking employee should hold a higher position. Rest, All the employees here are very useless. If I had known earlier that that Mankirat Kaur is here, who will always be there to help me.Then I didn't even think about closing my bank account.
