Lasooni chicken- 3/5
It wasn't a great starter. The chicken was soft and tender but it lacked the taste of garlic. It was topped with some fried garlic.
Chicken shawarma-5/5
Carter's Blue is known for its shawarma and I must say it was worth the hype. It was fully packed with flavors and spices. The pita bread was soft and was filled with generous amount of chicken chunks, mayo and pickles. They even served some extra chutney and mayonnaise along with the shawarma which I thought was a great idea.
Chicken Tikka Biryani-5/5
I highly recommend their chicken tikka biryani. The quantity is good enough for around 3-4 people. The rice was perfectly cooked and spiced with loads of chicken. It was smacked with flavours.
You'll lick your fingers clean ;)
Carter's Blue is a small and cozy place to visit with family or friends. The ambience is great and the food is amazing.
So go and fill your hungry souls❤️

Carter's Blue a well know the franchise. One outlet is located in Kalaghoda MCC Lane Fort. They serve North Indian, Mughlai, Fast Food, Lebanese and Chinese.They also serve hookah, have different seating.
The ambience is pleasant and cosy. Walls are decored with frames and food tag lines. Beautiful lighting's and unique chair prints with spacious seating arrangements.
Service was quick and good. Staffs were friendly, helpful and attentive. Helped us to click pics and take videos. Gulshan Kumar and Azad Shake were the waiters.
Talking about the food their most selling dishes are shawarma, rolls, tikka, pot rice, mocktails and sizzling brownie.
We ordered Fruit Punch, Oreo Milkshake, Sheesh Taouk, Chicken Nizami Kebab, Mangolian Pot Rice, Chicken Akbari, Butter Kulcha and Sizzling Browine.

Overall we had a great experience and enjoyed the food with beautiful and amazing ambience.Great Service. Best place to hang out with friends and family. One must try their chicken Shawarma.
