Place & Specialties:
The Name Persian Darbar itself reciprocates the Mughal Dynasty and the legacy of Mughlas Cuisine.. They Mainly Serve Mughalai Cuisine, along with North Indian and Chinese. But their USP is Mutton Raan Biryani which got them a title of “Raan King of Mumbai”.
Food Quality & Quantity
The Mutton Raan Biryani:
Beautifully cooked & well marinated leg piece of Lamb i.e. Raan was in middle placed over biryani rice & masala with aesthetically placed boiled eggs, fried onions, cucumbers & tomatoes around.. Presentation increased my curiosity for taste & on 1st bite of meat along with rice words came out from my full mouth “Mashaallah”.. It was such an indulgent experience.. I have tried so many biryanis in Mumbai but this Raan Biryani has definitely set higher standard above all in terms of presentation & taste.. Food Quality is just mind-blowing & quantity is also huge.. With kebabs for starters and this biryani for mains can be complete meal for 4 people..
