Made a visit to Shalimar hotel before lock down.They have dishes on a very reasonable rates.
I ordered chicken crispy
Masala papad
Chicken sukha
Chicken lillipop
And my favourite caramel custard.
It is a beautiful place, you'll find variety of dishes in veg and non veg too.
Don't miss out on having desserts here.

Shalimar is a popular restaurant chain in Mumbai with the main branch at Mohammed Ali Road. Shalimar Sakinaka Branch is a good place where you can taste the authentic Mughlai cuisines of Shalimar without worrying about the crowd & waiting.☺️
We went here on Saturday night ( Pre Pandemic Era). We reached pretty early at 7:30 pm so there was no waiting.☺️
The ambience is super awesome. You can get a separate section if you visit here with big group.✌️
The staff was pretty helpful & co-operative. They gave us the best table. We started with Chourangi Kababs. As expected the Kababs were delicious. We then ordered chicken lollypop.😋
We opted for Raan Biryani for the main course. Raan Biryani was also good. The quantity was huge, We 6 boys couldn't able finished that. The waiter then packed the remaining & gave it to us.😅
For the dessert, we tried Kalajanum, Gulab Jamun in Rabadi, Matka Rabadi & Falooda. All were good, but clearly, the Gulab Jamun in Rabadi & Kala Jamun were the best.👍
The Only Negative is Higher Prices 🙁
The dinner cost us 4600 including 700 GST. So if you're seeking a good Mughlai restaurant then you should give it a try.✌️

The interior of the hotel great .
Test of the food is also good , especially chicken tandoori ander tikka biryani was good.
Service provided by the staf is good .
