We were just wandering around and came across this cute cafe. It's a pretty small cafe but the amount of homeliness feeling you get is like no other cafe. The people treat you like family and are so warm that you just want to sit there, talk to them, eat and repeat😋 They have pictures of ACDC, Beatles and all the famous rock bands of the 80's framed on their wall😍 On their suggestion we tried their Asian Chicken Sandwich/Grilled Chicken Sandwich and i kid you not, this was by far the best chicken sandwich I've ever had. When it came to the dessert, they suggested their Ultimate Chocolate Cake as it was everyone's favourite but we went for their Irish Cream Cheescake which had a layer of Chocolate Ganache over it. It was so amazing that i just wanted to go on and on. While we were at it, they brought us a huge piece of their Ultimate Chocolate Cake and said "here's a piece of it from our side". This is THE cake for all the dark chocolate lovers. The way they treat you and the way all their dishes taste so good, you know that it's done with warmth and whole heartedly. These guys may have a small cafe but their hearts are EXTREMELY BIG❤
I wanted to try out this place since a long time as it is run by a friend's (Axel Peters) relative. I reached late evening and, as expected, everything was sold out except for a small portion of a pistachio cake. Honestly, I love pistachios, but I haven't had a pistachio cake and OMG it was super delish. I can finally say that my craving for a decadant dessert has finally come to an end. The cake was super light and the balance of flavors was just on point. I was skeptical, but not anymore!! Also, needless to say the cake was over within minutes!!!
It started with us ordering her Ultimate Chocolate Cake to our house. 2 slices lasted us 3 days because that's how big they were.
We then went over for brunch one day, and though the place is small - the food was amazing.
She then made a Sprinkle Explosion Funfetti cake for my birthday. And it's now safe to say, this is a love that will last forever.
Buttery. Moist. Homemade. You can really taste the love in each bite. Thank you Mav!
