This place is located at marines lines near the railway station. I wanted to eat pure South Indian food so my brother suggested me this place so I went there. The restaurant is fully south Indian style . I ordered

It was all amazing me and my friend totally enjoyed alot . The ambiance of the restaurant was authentic south indian and loved it .
The food tastes like I was in South India .
All the food was served on a banana leaf as a traditional way . The staff was really really good they suggested the best of the restaurant which really was best . The serving time was very fast . This place is a family friendly restaurant which is Fully Vegetarian.
All the food was prepared in pure ghee. and loved it.
Hope to visit again :-)

As the name goes itself, Gughan is one of the most prestigious South Indian Veg Restaurant located in Marine Lines.
The staff have people who are from Tamil Nadu and their spices and herbs are also exported from their native place.
The ambience has the authentic South Indian decor with classical music playing in the background.
We had their Gughan Supreme Thali. One of the best Thali we ever had in our life.

We have tried 2 types of unlimited meal 1st one deluxe thali 2nd one normal thali.

I would recommend normal unlimited thali as it covers all types of south Indian food.
My favorite from the thali is rasam as it has perfect south touch and the quality was nice.

The ambience is perfect and we had great experience.
