At Andheri , Lokhandwala is an outlet with an ambience so beautiful with an indoor and outdoor seating. The lovely interior had nice wall art and there was this one section with one entire row of cushions that complimented the wall art marvelously I actually couldn't resist taking pictures. Also I loved those wall quotes, pretty catchy there!
To start off with , we tried their Chilled Beverages:
•True Blue :
The bright light blue colored beverage which was basically a blend of Blue Curacao and Lemon was refreshing but really sweet I must say but I guess that can be worked upon.
•Red Blossom:
This was the best beverage amongst all served here. This is something I'd highly recommend because the sweet and fizzy pomegranate Lemonade was something different and unique to the palate.
•Pink Lemonade:
Your usual lemonade a definite go-to with any dish.
From the Appetizers we tried:
•Fry-a-Cracker chicken:
Being a huge fan of french fries I loved the dish more over since it did live up to our expectations. Soft Chicken pieces tossed in a sweet and spicy sauce were presented to us along with loads of Herbed Fries. Just amazing 👌
•Chermoula Chicken:
These were basically grilled chicken skewers presented on BBQ sticks and to complete the dish some fresh salad was served. Once again we were happy with the Taste. The chicken was perfectly cooked and delicious.
•Grilled Pesto Fish :
Yet again served with fresh salad which honestly went so well with each bite. The fish was so soft ,tender ,well marinated with pesto and properly grilled. Not a fan of fish but this was wonderful in all honesty.
From the Mains we went for:
* Saint Louis Chicken:
As fancy as the name of the dish sounds, which is one reason we decided to order it, the taste was remarkable as well. The Jalapeño-Pepper sauce poured on top of the grilled chicken breasts was so relishing . The buttery rice just added another aura to the taste. Quantity and quality wise , just perfect 👌
From the dessert sections we tried :
* The Dark Knight:
The name sounded so catchy and so did it's contents. To start off with, it had Chocolate Mud Cake, Vanilla Ice cream, Chocolate chips and Butterscotch bits,Toasted cashew nuts and lastly the most toothsome Fudge Sauce. Now you know why the cafe is called OMG huh? Needless to say, the combination of all these resulted in a mind blowing dessert.
•Chocolate overload:
Since freak shakes are already trending and because I love them so I tried this one as well and I must say I was delighted. Started off with amazing appetizers and ended with this on point freak shake. What else could we have asked for?
The staff and service was commendable. Honestly I was really happy with the service and we believe that great service
Is an important factor in a good outlet. Hats off to that part.
The presentation of all dishes was wonderful and of course the taste as well.
The place is quite affordable and something to try out.
I really liked the service. Starters were awesome 😍. Main course was a bit dull. You should really give it a try.
We had some work to complete and we needed a place with a nice ambience. My friend had already been there thrice and suggested it was a nice place so we just went. We ordered a classic strawberry milkshake and spaghetti Arabiata. The milkshake was amazing. One of the best milkshakes we've had in recent times. Coming to the pasta it was super filling and it was super tasty. So we sat there for around three hours and it was amazing to be over there and we loved the ambience.
PS: The Chocolate Overloaded is a must must try💞
