We went to Village to celebrate Rakshabandhan with my brother's and sister. We had so much fun. Lot of entertainment. Food and the ambience was really good. Very friendly staff. It is good to go with a group.
This place was marked on my to-do list as one of my friend lauded a lot about its ambiance and food.
I will surely give a 5+ for the ambiance part and even a perfect 5/5 for food and service too...
As we sat on table a guy in desi outfit came up with Nimbu Pani, well there is gola counter as well...
(Summer Essential)
After that we were served with different desi appetizers- sevpuri, dhokla, Manchurian, corn and 3types of bhajiyas.
Main course has got wide range of varieties which includes indian as well as Chinese, both the cuisines were really great.
Desserts is something you must not miss out here- aamras, gulab jamun and moongdaal halwa is what I tried.
It is an inimitable buffet experience with a spread of enjoyable traditional Indian dishes. The dishes are encouraged by different provinces of Indian states, the mood changes for every section they have. It serves Rajasthani, Punjabi, Gujarathi, South Indian and Chinese. They have number of live counters, you cannot miss the Bombay chaat, pav bhaji, dosa, etc.
I felt that i was taken to the breath taking place in an instant and felt greater sense of connect with the food. The comfort played a vital role during my visit. The hospitality of the restaurant was great. Walking into a restaurant full of space makes you feel good. The sitting arrangement was contented, perfectly adjusted lights created a certain mood. It is truly the soul of India.
And here comes the best part which is entertainment for everyone– They have got dhol, bhangra, garba, puppet shows, games and loads of fun for your group of friends or your entire family. We were thrilled with the experience; me and my friend enjoyed it a lot. It’s a fun place for the entire family but with vegetarian food and no alcohol but trust me I enjoyed it alot.
Thabks to the great staff. They made sure to give a comfortable experience by their sense of humour and great hospitality.
