I have been buying food specially those delectable wontons from this place from last many many years.
But today I experienced exceptional customer service from them so thought of writing a review.
I am from Mumbai but I keep visiting Delhi to meet my family and everytime I visit I buy cheese corn wontons from Neelam Foodland because these wontons are tempting and are loved by all my family members in Delhi. These wontons are something which they look forward to.
I was travelling to Delhi on 17th April ,so placed an order of 5 packets of cheese corn wontons on 16th April. I gave the money to my househelp and asked her to collect when they come to deliver. They delivered 5packets .
I was out whole day and next day I just picked the bag of wontons and left for Delhi. On reaching Delhi ,we realised that these were not cheese corn wontons but mistakenly they had given paneer wontons . I immediately called them and informed them. They agreed that it was a mistake,on which I said that it is ok. Their team asked me for my bank details for full refund ,on which I told them that I am in Delhi and wouldnt be able to send the Paneer wontons back so I dont want refund,let it be..But they kept on messaging ,as they wanted to refund the money. On which I said I donot want refund ,it is ok, atleast they realised the mistake,that is enough..Then when they were repeatedly requesting to take refund so I told them that I donot want refund ,you may send cheese corn wontons to my Mumbai address..They asked me the date on which they should send.I told them 30th April.
I had completely forgotton about this incident ,but today I get a call from them asking me that can they deliver today?
I was amazed that how they remember to send wontons . They delivered today.
Amazing,incredible customer service I must say.
