Stepping into cafe Neo is like entering into a dinky fairytale! Its just perfect to soothe your sugar cravings. The decor is simple yet elegant. The colours are brightly used! I remember feeling that i had entered a miniature chocolate and candyland... And trust me, the impressive look of the cafe is actually a bonus to the confections it offers. The nachos i tried were delicious. I would give a special mention to the crispy nacho chips, which are very lovingly home made. As the season of mango wraps up, the cafe offered a royal indulgence- The Aam Panna. The sweet sour, salt sugar combination just prove why opposites attract and hence taste delicious. Hey you all mango lovers, its a must try! The cafe has gained popularity for its crêpes and waffles and rightly so. Ok. So, all my chocolate cravings got a one stop stop- The great Willy Wonka Milkshake. This is actually a jarfull of chocolate factory, ready to play roller coaster with your tastebuds. Its a must try for all chocolicious souls out there. And finally, what aced my visit is the infamous cae Neo speciality- The Ace of Hearts. These heart shaped pancakes are what love tastes like. Light and soft, the pancakes taste delicious with toppings like nutella, maple syrup, dark chocolate, caramel, white chocolate. My personal favourite was caramel flavoured pancake. I'd highly recommend Cafe Neo and its a mus visit for all you sugars😘

Café Neo – Dadar is blessed with a dessert joint as this one. Café neo is pretty small joint located near the entrance of shivaji park beach. They serve some lipsmacking crepes, poffertjes (small fluffy pancakes), waffles, milk shakes and nachos as a savory. Coming to what we had: -    Grande Nachos (Rating 5/5): Inspite of it being a dessert joint, I was taken by surprise with these nachos. They have two options of Classico and Grande and I chose the grande option. They have 7 sauces out of which you can choose 2 (my preference was jalapeno cheese and salsa). Grande nachos have beautiful combination of olives, jalpenos, capsicums, baked beans and lovely sauces. I would HIGHLY recommend this! Am looking forward to have it again. -    Mr. Brownie Points Crepes (Rating 4/5): If you are a crepe fan you will certainly enjoy them. They were soft and too goey types but I prefer them on crispier side. Wasn’t bad on taste as such. Anything that has Nutella makes me weak so was this in terms of overall taste. -    Belgian waffles (Rating 4/5): This comes as a big tower like waffles and you can choose your sauces again where I picked Nutella and white chocolate. Nutella was perfectly coated to the waffle, however the white chocolate was little too runny then expected. Waffles are love in general so were these, nice and crispy and when had warm it just wows your mind. -    Porfetejjes (Rating 5/5): Served as 12 Mini pancakes with 3 sauce choice and eventually topped with nice whipped cream was this dessert heaven. I was delighted with the balanced sweetness in the pancakes. Worth the buck, highly recommend. -    Willi wonka Milkshake and Lemon Iced Tea (Rating 5/5) – Milkshakes were thick, perfect whereas iced tea were tangy and balanced in taste. Recommend milkshakes IMO. Overall this place is surely worth a visit and one of the best dessert place to go in dadar area hence I rate them 5 for great desserts.

On reaching Café Neo which is located two minutes away from the dadar beach we greated by the owners Chemmeen and Hemanshu. We were captivated by how beautiful the set up was outside. The faux grass and flowers gave a very beautiful vibe to the place. The seats are made of wood and the set up screams summer. And yes it’s totally insta worthy! On walking up the stairs we entered the cafe and were really impressed with the pink and white decor, the place was well lit and the set up where you could see the chefs preparing your dessert was amazing. As we entered the place our eyes instantly fell on very new flavour addition to their well known desserts, Mango! The chefs Vinit, Sandesh and Aavesh prepared for us their mango crepe which was warm and was filled with mango and whipped cream and topped with a drizzle of mango syrup. Every bite of the crepe was mango goodness. If you love mango or anything mango we highly recommend this dessert. Next for us were the pancakes. To our surprise they were heart shaped red velvet pancakes which also had chocolate chips inside them! Hemanshu and chemmeen are generous enough to let you create a serving with all pancake flavours! They’ll give you 2 pancakes of each flavour so your taste buds can decide which one would you go for the next time you’re here and oh you’re going to have a hard time deciding.
