Yesterday I went with my friend to this dominoes I went at 9:30 came out at 10:30 pm pizza was cold ok ok and not many people many just left the place I waited 15 mins just to order on counter and then he said machine is not working my battery of my iPhone was dying still he told me to order from online and at 9:45 my order got placed I was sitting and I got order at 10:12
So this was my complaint now let me give you the solution
1) change the manager or add an assistant manager
2) manpower of staff is good quantity but no quality
3) the staff should be motivated to work with efficiency
4) two counters should be given for taking orders and that same guy should not do everything
5) customer care or recipient should be added for fast work and efficiency
6) there should be different counter for delivery guys as they mess up with the dine in takeaway and online customers
7) bigger kitchen should be setup
Pizza from Domino's are always satisfying with there delicious pizza's.I have tried mostly all pizza from Domino's,bandra (east). Pizza is must on any occasion and party. Talking about Domino's ,bandra one can enjoy pizza. But it seems rush on Sunday. Staff are amazing here. Cleaning and hygiene is maintained properly. We mostly order pizza and sometimes visit.Great taste, Great food, Beautiful ambience.Overall it was an amazing experience.
This outlet located in Government Colony near by chetna college. They serves best pizzas no doubt. Staff was friendly and also helpful. I ordered Margherita pizza in cheese burst if you have in cheese burst you have to pay extra 75₹. Taste was good and cheese quantity is too less in it. There pan pizza's also available. There are variety in pizza's. I tried here Choco Lava cake and choco lava cake's taste is so yummy, chocolatey. Here's garlic bread taste was good. But there seating arrangement is not good. Seating arrangement can sort then this place was better. Overall good experience.
