I tried the breakfast menu at the food affair. It is located just opposite to the maxus mall. We tried the Whatsup dosa, Grilled cheese sandwich and the classic pav bhaji. The dosa had a really tasty paneer filling and was topped with cheese. The sandwich had veggies and cheese filling and the pav bhaji was loaded with butter. Everything tasted fresh and the service was quick.

Nice place for punjabi and chinese cuisine. Their ambience is family friendly, they have a/c and non a/c seating. Parking facility is available. Offering take away and delivery service. The food is good but some of the dishes are over priced compared to similar Restaurants in the location. Food is not too spicy and they customize it as per our requirement. Chef special main course are must try, they are made in two different gravies. Biryani is fine but seems like used food colour to make it red.

We wanted to try out some new restaurants and hence though of ordering our dinner through The Food Affair. We ordered a Veg. Lajawab for the main course and Paneer Manchurian for starters. Starting with the Starters the Paneer Manchurian was good. There were around 8 to 9 cubes of paneer and the taste was superb. The best part was that it was not very spicy and they had ensured that not a lot of garlic is used to cook it since we had given special instruction to use less garlic. Apart from this everything was just similar to the Paneer Manchurian you get in other restos. Nothing extraordinary. The Veg. Lajawab as the name states had an abundance of vegetables prepared in a mildly spiced orange gravy. The good thing here was they made sure not to add any capsicum according to the special order. The quantity was also very good and it will easily suffice 2 or 3 people. Also, all thanks to Zomato Gold I got the paneer Manchurian without any cost. But if the actual cost is considered the 2 items go well above 450 which is slightly on the higher side and this is where they could improve. Rest we were happy with the taste of food. Thus, all in all, a decent restaurant.
