Restaurant Review Hybrid Theory Cafe (Marol, Andheri East, Mumbai) . Last weekend was craving some delicious Fluffy Omelette and a place which opens early. A bit of search showed me this lovely cafe which was near my place. . As I entered the cafe I was greeted by a cat at the entrance and once I entered the restaurant the lively music and beautifully done interiors had my attention. The place has great vibes for a relaxed morning breakfast with good classic music playing in the background. I remember hearing Enrique Iglesias song rest of the songs I wasn't really aware of. . Anyways after looking at their Menu I requested for Wholesome Breakfast From England which consists of Toasts, Eggs, Chicken Sausages, Mushrooms and Grilled Tomatoes. It was an easy choice for me. Though the restaurant gives normal omelette or scrambled eggs in this plate. I requested them if they can please fit in Fluffy Omelette instead of the regular omelette and they allowed. . Each and every item on the place was delicious except maybe the Tomatoes woh toh bas plate mein tha toh kha liya 🤣. As I am a not big fan of it. But the Taste, the Ambience,the price, the music, everything made my breakfast a wonderful experience. . This place also has a running bar which stars at 9 am and they have happy hours the entire day on weekdays (2+1) . There are good offers on Zomato too, so this is a definite must visit place according to me.
