Bhel was good but in Kolhapur , no one adds carrot in panipuri or shev puri, I have visited Kolhapur, so if you are giving Kolhapuri bhel , try to give Kolhapuri pani puri, shev puri etc so that people get to taste a different and authentic Kolhapuri chats and cuisine
Best place to hav chats.the spl churmuri is exceptionally good one of its kind in mysore and you can get lot of signature tastes such as palnit churmuri,sev masala etc.
Quantity also good fr the price.
Small outlet near nanjumalige circle ( they have branches now as well)..
It's BHEL is must must try. . They use unique 'churmuri',the bloated up one... Masala is good. And also served with raw mango.. I like!!
Vada pav is Oki... The vada is not consistent is taste though.
Other chats like tomato slice,nippat masala are good. Dahi puri s decent.
