1st time in 2020 ate any sort of cooked food from outside home & what better way than Haldiram's! Ordered the following:
Rajwadi Thali:
AWESOME 👍😊 packing. It consisted of:
Masala Papad : normal
Salad: normal
Dahi wada: Soft & fluffy as usual. But the chutney was not present, so felt a little blant.
Gol Kachori: instead of this may be actual kachori I would have loved.
Achar: There were so many (with all the dishes I ordered) that I am good for a week or more now !
Butter Paneer: Didn't like that much; tomato puree was overlapping any other taste.
Chole: awesome.
Vegetable: kundru ( personally I don't like it) was ok. Would have preferred any other vegetable though.
Aloo ki rasse wali sabji: ok.
Daal: wonderful.
4 chapattis
1 bajra roti: this was unexpected ! It was really good.
Steamed rice.
1 Sweet
Overall it was an awesome experience.
The other things that we ordered:
Veg "biryani": taste was ok. Aroma was excellent.
Mix veg: didn't like that much. Felt that only runner beans & cauliflower was present.
Daal Makhani: ok.... Now this was another star. Perfect consistency, awesome taste.
Chole Bhature: AWESOME 👍.
In all, the total experience was pretty good !!!!! Will order again & again if the same service, more taste , same hygiene & same packing is maintained.
