The Misal Pav is supposed to be the best in Nashik, which is famous for Misal Pav anyway. But yes, it was very different and very tasty. The generous amount of Math (sprouted moon beans) and the taste of the gravy wasn't subsided by unnecessary dump of the fried mix (forgot the name- somewhat like a chanachur and navratan mix) on top. The spicy oil (the chilli oil or "tari") separately given was delicious, but please eat with a lot of caution; licking only the tip of the spoon made me cry. I preferred to sit outside as the inside felt a little cramped. Othe than the dust, nothing to complain about. And ah yes, buy a jeera soda if you are planning to try the spicy version- an excellent acidity killer.
I have tried misal at atleast 20 places in Nashik but this misal remains at number 1. The best and the most authentic misal in Nashik. Would visit again 10/10! Rather would visit daily!
The misal is having a unique taste in liquid tari, Bit thicker side of gravy and taste really good. It seems like the are adding Bajara aata. Parking is a big problem over there and Space is less compare to crowd. Some time you have to wait out side for 30 mins. Table and chair quality is ok ok.
Price perspective it is comparable to others.
