However, the operational staff at the serving stations seemed to lack experience, resulting in slower service overall. This led to longer wait times at the counters, which could be improved upon. Ambience: The ambience of Pavilion 75 was pleasant, offering a comfortable and inviting atmosphere for diners. The seating arrangements were well-spaced, allowing for privacy and ease of movement. Conclusion: In conclusion, my experience at Pavilion 75 Buffet Restaurant in ITC Welcome, Dwarka, was positive overall. The starters, especially the fish tikka, were outstanding, and the variety of dishes in the buffet spread was commendable. The salads were great, and the main course had satisfactory options for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians, despite a few misses.
