Today was a day out with my wifey and my sister. And it was to a sheer classy and new place. #BOA -Best of Asia, Exchange Stores,Civil lines, delhi. One of the better joints IV been to. Three floors Perfect ambience.. The unique and innovative food was such a perfect recipe of happiness galore. Khow suey soup: one of the bestest soups of my life. With a base of coconut milk and gram flour. A lip tingling taste that had hues of sweet,sour,saltish and chillish. Semi crushed ,deep fried dry fruits and groundnuts,and boiled noodles. Seemed like a complete meal. Starters: Grilled Malay curry chicken(it's a misnomer-no curry,but that name). Slices of chicken marinated in sooooooo much of a different way and served on a bed of broccoli and iceberg. Warm crispy veg in lemon chilli-predominant taste of lemon 🍋 and chilli 🌶 but cooked in such a way that it seemed so heavenly on the tongue.See the pic and just admire the way the Zucchini has been cut-unique and yummilicious. Dahi ke qabab-kinda same as other places but the accompaniment of the different kinda onion was superb,(see pic) Lunch:- Veg in Sichuan sauce:- A stunning new taste for MY taste buds,something different,a new kinda sauce-tangy yet soft on the palate. Burnt butter and garlic fried rice-this was the usual kinda stuff. Desserts: Date pan cake with ice cream: perfectly cooked and beautifully presented Banana toffee with ice cream 🍦 magical ji.
