Idlis which was use to be on the 1st floor has now come into a new avatar and shifted to the basement in the same building. The ambience has been done tastefully and will surely keep them up with their competitors. Each table has a screen attached to it. Don't know the purpose though. They have changed their menu too. Apart from their core domain South Indian, you can have Chinese, North Indian food too. The only problem is that they still don't serve the best of South Indian food which is their core competency. The Sambar is still shit and lacks flavour. In this visit I had Upma and Chole bhature. Upma was sad while Chole bhature were still above average. They have done great with the ambience. It's time to do the same with their food.

One of a kind place.
I tried the one located at Satya Niketan right opposite the Venky's.

I tried the Gun powder Idli & the tadka masala idli and they were quite like what I like.

Try them if you want to see and taste varieties in Idli & Dosa.

Try this if u love south indian food. Small decent place in crowded market of Satya Niketan, serving good south-indian food. 1.Very pocket friendly. 2.Service is quick. 3.Menu is extensive. 4.Quantity worth the price. 5.Clean atmosphere. Buttermilk is like my favorite. Masala dosa is also good.👌
