Ambersari Dhaba near Defence Colony Flyover Market is quite a famous location for all meat lovers since the last 15 years or so.
The meat served here is known for the desi ghee in which it is cooked, and for being spicy. The quality of the mutton is very tender.
The place is mainly a takeway joint, though it has 3 - 4 tables inside. The menu is very limited and offers 5 - 6 dishes namely:
1. Keema Meat
2. Keema Kaleji
3. Keema Egg Curry
4. Chicken Biryani
5. Chicken Korma
6. Dal Makhni
The last two items might not be available at all times, and maybe served only during the dinner time.
The breads at this place surprisingly are of quite a good quality, all 3 i.e. roti, naan and paratha taste great.
However, as times have passed the quality and the spice level both have gone down a bit, but still would suggest to give this place a shot if you live nearby/in Lajpat Nagar and looking for good mutton options.
Tucked into a corner near the defence colony market, this place serves some of the best food. Keema meat and keema kaleji is one of the best in Delhi. The seating is spacious but not very good for families.

Food is superlative and served with extreme generousness and care.
The owners are very down to earth and serve themselves too.
I have never had such amazing naan ,biryani and mutton dish than here.
Must must eat.
