Very good, very helpful & professionals staff! I have been taken driving training classes, since a week. They charge 7k. Which is a bit higher than usual fees. But it's worth it. Initially you will driver simulator. For few day's. Then on road. During 21 day's of course I' assume You'll learn enough to be a responsible driver. Depending on your on road "practice"! They provide all types of training. Like personal Commercial etc. Plus theory. My suggestion for beginner go ahead and take the admission! & commercial driver's are welcome to. (But in the end decision is yours) cheers....!
AAUI is located in Qutab Institutional Area and a documentation conduit for facilitation of all motor related queries with services of renewal of Indian Driving license and International Driving Permit etc.
I went to this place to apply for the International Driving Permit. I had to fill some forms, get a medical form signed and a couple of passport pics. You need to have a valid VISA in order to get a IDP.
The process will take minimum 3-4 days.
You can also apply for Carnet De Passage (permit to take your vehicle across land borders). This has a longer process. The people are helpful.
