Hotel lobby is bright and breakfast was excellent. Hotel room was clean and quiet
Check in extremely pleasant and helpful.
However we arrived at 10pm and did not get our requested room. We were promised a roll away bed but it was never sent. We hoped to get to bed after a long flight and did not ask for it as it was after midnight and we were ready to turn in.
A room for three should be prepped for three. Only 2 towels were provided.
We had made reservation months in advance, and a prepaid rate. We managed the one night with a king bed and a small sofa.
I had a delightful one-night stay at Holiday Inn Aerocity. The modern decor, impeccable service, and comfortable amenities made my experience truly enjoyable.
