They serve exceptional mughlai food. The Nihari and the Korma in both chicken as well as mutton are delicious and a "must-try". The restaurant is clean. However much like most restaurants in the vicinity they do tend to get crowded and one often has to wait a bit before being seated.
The chicken nihari. OMG. Never heard of a chicken nihari concept, had heard of mutton nihari. Since, I'm a huge chicken cuisines lover, out of curiosity I ordered it and it was like wow. The taste, the spiciness, the juicy chicken meat. Just loved it. And the size of the rotis was enormous. Then we ordered Chicken seekh kababs. And it was wow.
The ambience of the place is gorgeous. Didn't think of finding such photogenic and delicious location in the area. It was one of the delicious lunch I had ever had recently.
I'm sure I'm not gonna go anywhere else to have chicken cuisines anymore for sure in Delhi.
They have 3 floors of seating. Top most floor is meant for families and is relatively cleaner and better decorated. Wash area could be improved. Service is quick. Place is almost always crowded, so there could be waiting.
Coming to food, we had khameeri roti and changezi chicken. Both were fantastic. Utensils could be cleaner.
