So, I got their black forest cake, it had bugs on it! It looked nothing like the picture they showed, and it smelled all musty and old. No one knows how long that cake's been around. Seriously, don't even think about ordering from there. I paid 668 rupees for this mess.
Nice Crowd free quite place with the same 31 flavouts of baskin robins. Far better than most of the ice cream brands. Place to visit with friends or family. Of course loved it... All flavours taste delicious

And the taste is also yummy... one of my favourites is Mississippi Mud flavour 😊
Everybody knows what Baskin Robbins stands for and undoubtedly it will for a very long time. You get a lot of flavours of ice-cream, shakes and smoothies in the very fancy ways of presenting and putting things for customers.
However, there's one suggestion that they can make use of and that is they need to make use of the idea of glocalisation which is simply being global while taking care of the local. It sure isn't a good feeling to pay so much for just an ice cream, especially when there are a lot of people around who cannot do the same as you simply because of the price. They wouldn't have to do a lot to take care of the taste buds of a larger part of the population.
Some cheaper options won't hurt their business :)
