The service was exceptionally slow, causing a significant delay in receiving my order. I understand that busy times may impact service, but the extended wait was quite frustrating. Equally disheartening was the poor quality of the food. The taste and freshness fell below the standard I have come to expect from McDonald's. This experience has left me dissatisfied as a loyal customer. I believe in the quality of service and products that McDonald's strives to uphold, and I trust that you take customer feedback seriously. I wanted to bring these issues to your attention, not only to express my disappointment but also in the hope that improvements can be made for future customers.

Unfortunately they don’t have a Macafe outlet inside, I believe they do serve coffee though, but a dedicated outlet would have been better. One can catch inside glimpse of McDonald's from outside. Not many restaurants have large windows which provide awesome outside views. Service is good, sitting space is ample. Even the ambience is good. Food at McDonald's Nehru Place at par any other outlet. However, that being said, the seating leaves something to be desired for. There's seating for plenty but almost too cramped. Service is quick and you can also order online. Absolutely amazing experience. I had visited the outlet with some foreign guests who had specific meal requirements. The staff went out of their way to sort their meal arrangements. My guests were delighted to see the level of service from the staff. 😊 The place is spacious and easily spotted opposite to Nehru Place metro station. The service is quick and taste is great as always. QR code payment was little buggy so must carry cash or card. a good place to hang around near nehru place metro station interesting fact is some guys are very good in service here like dushyant gupta and some are quite bad in their services who are only interested in talking and not attending customers especially on 29 nov 22 may be it was just a day when attendents were busy in talking and not in serving customers food is ok.
