There are different sections and their experiences based on which I am giving this 4 Star rating, based on 6 days hospital stay of my close relative and the surgery performed. * Single private room Doctor's & treatment: If you are looking for best Doctors and best in class treatment of the disease, i found this hospital at 5 star. Special thanks to Dr C.S Agrawal (Neuro) and Dr.Manish Munjal (ENT) for their help and support. Doctor's OPD appointment has online booking option, however be ready to wait 1-2 hours more than your scheduled time. Admissions & Discharge processes: Here I feel hospital lacks in number of staff available as well as staff behaviour; they are very rude and unsupportive, they often give reference to the IPC code for threatening them. There was a time at discharge and lot of chaos, DMS was called and he came after numerous calls, but he could not support, a security guard came and helped ease the situation which DMS could have done. Nurses & Ward support: Nurses and ward support is really good, they are very empathetic and supportive, despite found them working overtime, still they are very prompt and helpful. Cleaning, hygiene & maintenance Hospital, rooms have been kept very well cleaned and hygiene, however Housekeeping need to be more prompt. Need attention for items like Microwave, fan etc taped wire which could be fatal. Pricing & Hospital tariffs: As we all know, this Field is one of the most demanding & profitable business these days, still pricing, tariff etc are at medium range comparative to Medanta and bLK kapoor, which are very expensive Facilities & Amenities: Hospital has multiple floor parking available (11 floors), hence no problem of parking. (20rs per hour charge), 300 rs full day pass, also they have Valet parking available. They have a canteen which is 24 hours operational and also deliver items without any extra cost to your room. Subway, wholefood brands are also available with direct to room delivery option. A big garden inside the hospital premises.
