Matt has the personality that makes you want to hug him. Although I was somewhat apprehensive about orthotics he put me at ease the very first visit I had with him. Yesterday's visit, Dec 6 was to pick up my shoe inserts. Just like our first visit he was very professional. He answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable with the inserts before leaving his office. As an older person it's a comforting feeling observing that with Matt I'm a real person not just a name on his appointment list.

Everyone who works here is so kind! Dr Bienz is a great doctor and surgeon and Stephanie from the surgery center is the best person ever! She is friendly and hilarious and she is so good at making you feel comfortable when you're having a surgical procedure done. More than happy with the care I've received here!

I’m a horse endurance rider that rides long distances of 25-35 miles in the Rocky Mt. & Heather is a distance runner, she understood what I needed to do to return to fitness to be able to ride. She & Jill were most helpful for me to heal my body from my back surgery 1/3/23. I’m riding BALANCED in 2 & 1/2 months & am most grateful especially since my age is 78. They gave me exercises & stretches to maintain my fitness. They listen well, respond appropriately & are empathetic.
