I've heard many people complaining about hygiene here. Especially some local guides have mentioned that they can't post pictures because of how shabby the place looks, trust me, they're all hypocrites.This is just a khomcha (thela). This guy does his best to keep hygiene at its best as far as his food is concerned. He keeps changing his gloves frequently and washes his hands. Also he keeps washing his utensils intermittently. Yes, the place is not very clean, as is the case with any other kind of street food. Please avoid such places in general if your tummy is not cut out bear a little stress. As far as surroundings are concerned, amar. Colony is clean place and this corner where this khomcha is, is as clean as rest of the street. This Gol Gappe wala bhaiya makes the best Gol Gappe around the place if you ask me. Especially the sookhi poori that he gives later on is what I really go for here. During the time I lived in Amar colony, I've visited this place. Almost everyday. His pani is perfect, neither too spicy, nor too bland. Even the tikki (poori) has got a perfect texture, crunchy but not too hard.
