The food at Anardana is quite experimental and comes out beautifully served. The ambience of the place is great as well.
We ordered the drinks, appetizers and the main course- all vegetarian. All of us liked the main course way more than the appetizers. Appetizers are relatively average but main course is great.
The food presentation is a feast for the eyes, with each dish beautifully crafted and bursting with flavors. The drinks selection is top-notch, offering refreshing options to complement your meal. And the comfy seating ensures a cozy and relaxed dining experience. I highly recommend this place.
Will surely visit again
A Gastronomic Delight at Anardana: A Culinary Journey in Sangam Courtyard, Delhi
As I stepped into the enchanting ambiance of Anardana at Sangam Courtyard, Delhi, I knew I was in for a treat. The restaurant, boasting both indoor and alfresco dining options, exuded an inviting charm that set the stage for a memorable culinary experience.
To kick off my evening, I opted for two expertly crafted cocktails. The first, a delightful concoction from their Winter Feast menu named "Winter Dose," provided a perfect blend of seasonal flavors that danced on my palate. Following that, the "Moonlight Sour" revealed a refreshing twist, showcasing the mixologist's skill in balancing unique ingredients.
My culinary adventure took an exciting turn when I had the pleasure of meeting Chef Amitabh Kumar. With passion in his eyes, he walked me through the Winter menu, unveiling a world of gastronomic wonders that awaited.
For appetizers, I couldn't resist trying the Matar Ki Kachori with Aloo Rasa from the winter menu. The delicate crunch of the kachori combined with the comforting warmth of the Aloo Rasa created a symphony of flavors that left a lasting impression. To add a touch of nostalgia, I also ordered the Purani Dilli Papdi Chaat from the regular menu, a burst of tangy and spicy goodness that transported me to the bustling streets of Old Delhi.
Moving on to the mains, the Chicken Changezi with Hari Mirch Paratha stole the show. The succulent chicken, bathed in a rich and aromatic gravy, paired flawlessly with the flaky layers of the paratha. Each bite was a revelation of spices and textures, showcasing the culinary prowess of Anardana's kitchen.
Dessert was a sweet symphony that concluded my culinary journey on a high note. The Litchi Ki Tehri and Gajar Halwa Cheese Cake Parfait were divine creations, each spoonful a testament to the chef's artistry in combining traditional flavors with a modern twist.
As I reflected on the evening, it became evident that Anardana is more than just a restaurant; it's a celebration of culinary excellence. The meticulous attention to detail in every dish, the warm hospitality, and the charming ambiance make it a place I am eager to revisit. Anardana at Sangam Courtyard is a gem in Delhi's culinary landscape, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a gastronomic adventure that transcends the ordinary.
