IMPERFECTO is a name in itself, and has now come up with a new venture IMPERFECTO MELA at the ground floor of GARDENS GALLERIA MALL. It has got a unique concept of open air dining on a boat and along with an amazing music and ambiance.

Talking about food and mocktails, we ordered..

VIRGIN MOJITO - It was a perfect summer drink to start of the evening, it was very refreshing and the muddled lime and mint mixed well with the soda.

CRANBERRY JUICE - It tasted more like a mixed jam and had the right amount of sweetness added to it.

CHIPOTLES STICK -
It was soya chap marinated well in chipotles sauce. Tasted delight.

MELA SPL PANEER TIKKA
- Rich in cream and spices, it tasted like any other paneer starter.

THREDDED PANEER
- This was HIGHLIGHT of the evening. A perk for vegetarian souls. Paneer balls were covered in crispy outer covering and tasted DIVINE. Personally recommend. 

JAMAICA JERK SPICED CHICKEN
- Excellent in taste. It was served with salad and the chicken was scrumptious in taste.

LAHORI LAJWAAB CHICKEN
- Roasted in spices and had a smoky flavor.  

FATFAT TAK TAK PANEER
- It was more like panner lababdaar with right amount of small paneer cubes. The gravy tasted excellent.

JALAPENO AND CHEESE NAAN
- Naan's were in itself very tasty. It was very soft filled with cheese and spices. 

We wanted to have deserts but it was unavailable.

IMPERFECTO: This brand name needs no recommendation..be it their ruin pub, rainbow or informal ... Everything has their own unique concept.

Now they opened their new venture IMPERFECTO MELA at the ground floor of GARDENS GALLERIA MALL.Its basically an open air casual dining place... but a beautiful wooden boat in front.. is converted into a cosy inner sitting area also.You can sit above the boat...if you want to enjoy its serenic view.

Now about food,we ordered some veg dishes:

THREADED PANEER:Very unique n delicious. Paneer cubes covered with threads or senwiyan....fried and served in beautiful platter.Personally recommended.

CHIPOTLE STICKS.: Basically it's 4,5 soya chaaps roasted in oven.. marinated with chiptole sauce . Amazing taste n scrumptious enough for two people.

FATFAT TAK TAK PANEER: basically its lababdaar paneer with large pieces of paneer chunks .Taste was good.

In breads we ordered
Jalapeno n cheese naans..very soft n well baked Tandoori naan fully stuffed with cottage cheese.Must try.

In desserts ,they had very less choice but very reasonable priced also.We had badam Kesri kheer... Only 55 Rs . .. Served in kulhad ...very refreshing..

All in all a very beautiful experience .
