"Swaad aa gaya paaji"! 🤌
Karigari - Ek Ehsaas, was definitely a beautiful restaurant. It also served wonderfully tasty food. I highly recommended visiting here for north Indian food, both for vegetarians and non vegetarians.
Karigari is a venture by chef Harpal Singh Sokhi. The Chef is most commonly known for hosting one of the most famous cooking shows in India, Khana Khazana. Having come to this restaurant with my family, my mother instantly remembered the Chef's most famous catchphrase, "Namak Shamak".
🪧Atmosphere & location: the photos attempt to show how beautifully designed the entire restaurant is. It really shines as a highlight to everyone crossing Sector 51 Noida Metro Station, being right below the metro station and right on the side road next to the metro station. Parking is freely available, however, it may get difficult to park during rush hours, when parking spots are usually full. There is paid parking available too nearby.
Service: we definitely got amazing service. Kudos to the servers and the manager as well, who specially came over to our and other tables, to ask for comments on the food. The servers were polite and the speed of service, given the number of people, was not slow.
🍗Food: the best part of the restaurant, as it should be, is the food. In the mains, we had their Ambale Wala Tariwala Murgh (a very tasty chicken dish cooked in slightly but not overly spicy curry) and the Rasewala Meat (a spicy mutton curry which had soft and juicy pieces of mutton). The quantity was good for each main dish, enough for 3 people. I do not remember what sides I ordered but in any case, I can vouch that the taste would not disappoint.
Highly recommended from my side! Would love to visit again and try their other dishes.
5/5! 🌟
The highlight of this restaurant is atmosphere and service. The pricing of food is set just right and in fact a bit lower when compared to restaurants of similar ambience and experience.
The preparation on the other hand felt good but not great. The curries were good and were feeling more homely than of a restaurant 👍. The breads could be better. The portion size could improve, for instance just 4 pieces of paneer on a table with 6 can be adjusted as per guests like done in many fine dine restaurants.
The parking is also decent behind the metro station. Overall, a good experience.
Highly recommended!!!
Food was just exquisite! Quality quantity presentation - everything was top notch!
The service was also so good! Humble waiters
Atmosphere is also good with some old bollywood songs
