My first ever stay in Dona Paula and this was the first restaurant I wanted to visit, particularly because it was so close to my hotel. So I went in for dinner and they were starting to close up, but they accomodated us. The servers are very friendly and I had opted for outdoor seating.
I ordered seafood soup and kingfish masala fry with beer on the side. The soup was amazing. No extra masala and many chunks of fish .. it was just superb. The kingfish masala was a bit on the sweeter side, but the fish was quite fresh.
Soft Rock Cafe. A restaurant located at Dona Paula, Goa. The restaurant is specialized in Goan food along with North Indian and Chinese food.
Ambiance is really cool. Soft Rock has both indoor and outdoor seating. But if you went for dinner, try outdoor seating. It is quiet peaceful at evening. Dim lights and candle on every table makes your mood for some tasty food.
Food was amazing. They have a lot of variety. We started with chicken noodles soup and veg manchow soup which were good. Along with that we had crispy chicken spring rolls. For main course we went for chicken noodles and veg triple schezwan rice. As they also served alcohol it creates a good mood along with tasty food.
Service was quick and great. The staff was friendly, attentive, suggestive as well.
The food here is pretty good. I absolutely LOVE the ambience at night! ❤️ They serve Beef and Pork here too. I would definitely recommend their fried wantons! Definitely worth a visit!
