I have visited this restaurant couple of times now and what made me write this now is that I get to taste something unique every time ! I went there again today wanting to try the Brazilian stew after getting the update from their fb page . It was worth the effort . I say this because the long queue of customers made me very hungry and to control it was quite an effort for me . The calamari and the fish was soft and cooked to perfection. And the spice was put just too well . To be honest , Brazilian Stew makes one more hungry . So , I tried the piri- piri stew with mutton after I finished the Brazilian stew . Though spicy , the taste was true to its name . It tasted every bit of the African spice and the lamb was succulent . I got to sit at the table near the counter and got to see the dishes being prepared , garnished before being served and the bread which they bake themselves cut and sauteed . I also saw the owner Hemant , tasting and checking each dish before the dish was served. Hence you can expect the best in each and every dish they serve. Also , the owner is very jovial and you can expect a good conversation with him anytime . The whole experience was a satisfying meal !!! Keep up the great work !!!
PS - This review is as true as it can be and was not influenced by the complimentary coca-coal offered while having the piri-piri stew ;)
I am visiting this place from more than one and a half year. Owner himself is a knowledgeable foody person. He himself is affectionate towards stew and well verse of spices. I enjoy food along with discussion on food. Proud to be here in India's 1 St stew Restaurant. Food here is comfy, easy on stomach and pocket as well.
