More than 100 years old restaurant in Pune is famous for its Misale Pav. I really enjoyed it. The ambience is very old but Misal Pav is tasty 😋. One should visit at least once. Also try "kharvas" first milk of cow after giving birth to calves.

Vaidya Upahar Gruha is a heritage pune institution. Established 114 years back in the 1910. They serve mainly puneri misal and few other beverages and snacks. The misal is not spicy and not for the ones who are looking for chili water in the name of misal. Their misal gravy is of green color and different than other places. They also serve deserts like kharwas sheera. Misal is served with bread slice and not paav. The prices are comaprable. The ambience is old and there can be lot of waiting due to rush. It can be visited if you are in the area for the taste of the misal. Ambience 3/5 Food 4/5 Service 3/5 VFM 3/5 Overall 4/5

It is a 110 year old place serving one of the tastiest misal I have ever tasted in Pune. Don't expect the burst of spices in your mouth when you take the first bite of misal.
