Food was delicious🤌🏻..they are not only serving food but creating community here. I really loved the concept of serving the authentic foods to everyone and building a community on the way ❤️. Food is what brings us together. Pema was super kind. Her vision is absolutely amazing. Will be rooting for her and the community she’s building. Loved the food. Loved the vibe. Must visit

Hello🌎 People today's review is on ✍️ Emah The meaning of ema:Chilli Spice With chef pema, who masters her skills,at 4 specialised cuisines 1-Tibetan 2-Nepalase 3-Bhutanese 4-North east(Nagaland) We cudn't be happier to try out such an varied cuisine. As leh,a trip deeply cherished by us,we never ever stopped loving momos or thinking of them! When, pune boasted of this being in their kitty,we cudn't be happier. Just 3 months new, this one is a healthy baby! Dishes will inspire you! What we tried!👇 Tibetan 1)Poached veg momo-These hand-made momos are served with a spicy dip made with sesame and chillies. Made more healthy in a good portion of spinach in the plain flour dough. The stuffing has a good portion of carrot, cabbage, onion, garlic, ginger, cilantro. Flavours are on the dot! Utterly unique juicy & delicious! 2)Nepalese jhol momo-Truly famous and much adored steam dumplings served with the jhol which is a achar soup. These momos r bobbing up n down laced with powdered sesame which gives a nice kick of chilli and tanginess. A good after hint of whole spices made into powder, dry red chillies and peppercons.Whhtay jhol! This has a healthy dose of seasonal vegetables. Made more healthy in a good portion of beta-carotene(carrot),in the plain flour dough. 3)Stuffed tingmo-Once they r properly proofed n steamed, all the layers of bun open like a flower. Made with seasonal fresh greens, pokchoy becomes the star...the steamed bun is almost addictive and truly wholesome. Tibetan 1)Phing-tse-glass noodles-These transparent glass noodle jewels also known as phing just melt away...if these are not those then the dish will change...and but ofcourse this had the correct flavours.Generally phing is made from potato, sweet potato or tapoica starch. With a good blend of vegetables, with happy potato screaming eat me,and the spice level being so comforting,in which good chunky plain steamed rice, acts as an assurance, heyy all is good!Almost like a perfect couple! And will come in the comfort food categoary. 2)Bhutanese-Ema dacchi-A hearty delight flavours coming from EMA-Chilli peppers DATCHI-Cheese These cheese delight made with just one sort of bright non-spicy green chilli which provide the heat with just a dash of their inhouse, sesame and chilli paste, which they retail too...goes a long way in each bite when mixed well here again the main staple being plain steamed white rice. Cheese shud just not be stringy...made with locally grown cheese. 3)Mothuk-A good combination as food for the soul, sends by the heavens above! This has a medium spicy broth, with stuffed momos a good handful bobbing up n down and the seasonal vegetables, just swimming by in the broth! Now piece de resistance They have a tiny delivery kitchen with a art creative wall also known as a Creative mural! Must see! Happy Eating!

I had visited this place various time, maybe the most number of times before and the food quality was awesome. This place serves authentic Naga food and the Pork is to die for. So, a 5 star for that. But, I had visited this place this week in the evening again, for some reason, the specs guy at the reception was super rude and did not answer any questions about the food items sportingly. We were there to try bamboo shoot for the first time and wanted to ensure more quantity of shoots than pork which he very rudely denied. Then I politely mentioned that we are a regular, to which he again was rude and ignored and suggested to just order. It was almost like “just shut up and order and leave” The other staff members were always welcome to questions, customising as per request like spice level and ingredients. I understand this is not always possible for every item, but being rude was a big NO for us. We cancelled our order and sorry to say, but you lost a regular. But, thanks again for service delicious food the many times we visited.
