Is a community stay. Can be found opposite to the south temple tower. It's recently renovated in 2015. The stay looks awesome. Picture perfect to be precise. There is a small Vinayagar shrine within the premise. The rooms are neat, clean and big. Contains 2 beds, a table, heater, western toilet and AC. The room rent was 500/room + 20/person for a night in a non-AC room. Is very close to the Rameswaram temple. The caretaker is an introvert which people mistake for rude. Staying in the hall is available with locker facility for people who don't want to stay the night.

Highly a convenient place to stay @ Rameswaram, to have a dharshan, to take a bath in the sea, etc., etc., But car parking, very much a difficult one.

Madhu Chockalingam

Best place. Worth it more. Clean to an extent. Especially the terrace vie is the best
